Study Inn Walnut Gardens, Exeter

Study Inn Exeter is a great student accommodation option for those attending university in the city. The location is perfect, as it is within walking distance to the main campus and also close to many shops, restaurants, and bars. The rooms are modern and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Additionally, the building has plenty of common areas, including a large lounge, which are perfect for socialising and studying. In addition to the great facilities, Emily, Kelly and other staff members are always available to answer any questions or address any concerns that residents may have. They also regularly organise events and activities for residents to get to know each other and make the most of their time living in the accommodation. They are professional, friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that residents are happy and comfortable. They are a huge asset to Study Inn and make it a great place to live. All in all, I highly recommend Study Inn Exeter for students looking for a comfortable and well-managed accommodation option

Studyinn is definitely one of the best accommodations in Exeter in my opinion, having been to visit most of the others, the interior is very cleanly done giving a hotel like sensation while being a student accommodation which is very rare. I have the sapphire plus room which I am VERY satisfied with (photos attached below). The service here is amazing with room cleaning and bed sheets and towels being changed every 2 weeks. Do not forget this is the ONLY accommodation with a steam room and sauna in Exeter which is such a great way to relax after a hard day of school. The staff team here are always there to help in any way possible.

Studyinn is a place enables students to live with the highest level of convenience by offering a wide range of services akin to a hotel experience such as Gym, conference room and sauna. Whilst also being located a mere 10 minutes away from the city centre high street. The service here is top notch and the staff here are always there to help in any way possible, many thanks to Emily, the centre manager. my personal stay here it’s been a blast, I’ve met lots of new friendly people and enjoyed many cooking sessions followed by movie on the tv, which is PROVIDED IN EVERY ROOM. The pool table in the lobby was another great spot to meet new people and enjoy a game of pool.

Facilities are unmatched and the staff could not be more accommodating. A friendly environment where you can comfortably speak to speak people or have time to yourself. Emily and Kelly are GOATED 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

I’ve really enjoyed living at Walnut Garden. The apartment is fully equipped — kitchenware, bedding, and towels are all provided. There’s daily cleaning for the kitchen and trash, and room cleaning every two weeks, which makes life super easy. The 24-hour reception is always staffed and very helpful. The building also has great facilities like a gym, pool table, gaming room, study rooms, sauna, shower rooms, tanning room, and a clean, reasonably priced laundry room. They also host lots of fun community events. Overall, a very convenient, clean, and friendly place to live. Highly recommend!
