2. The rent may be paid either in full or in 4 instalments with or without a UK Guarantor.

3. The rent may be paid via debit/credit cards or bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay – applicable to 1st-year students only. Have to furnish a written rejection letter from your chosen university /college or a screenshot of your UCAS status or a copy of the proof of acceptance to a new university by UCAS adjustment within 7 calendar days from the date your results are published or by 1st September (whichever date is the earliest).
