If you have a long weekend ahead, hop on a train from the Liverpool Central Train Station located 11-minutes’ away to explore more of England. Music lovers will be glad to hear that the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic is just across the street for when you want to indulge in the performing arts.

Payment Info

1. The listed prices are per person, per week.

2. The rent may be paid via debit/credit cards or bank transfer.

3. The rent may be paid either in full or in four instalments with a UK-based guarantor. Rent may also be paid monthly by using Housing Hands as your guarantor service.

4. Booking can be done securely after paying an advance payment worth one week’s of the rent.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing within 7 days of submitting an application prior to entering into a tenancy agreement. This cooling-off period will be reduced to 72 hours, once you have entered into a tenancy agreement but before the tenancy start date.
