The ascent is a newly built student accommodation in Liverpool. It is an ideal location for students as University of Liverpool is just 7-minutes’ walk away and John Moores University is 9-minutes away. Since all the universities are close by, you don’t have to worry about getting late for your lectures.

Ascent is a luxurious student accommodation which has been designed keeping in mind the needs of students. You can choose to stay in the studio where you will be provided with king-size bed, study space and bathroom and TV. If you choose to share your apartment with other students, you will have your own bed and bathroom.

You can challenge your friends in the games room and later go to the gym to work out. You can treat your friends in the dining hall at the same time you can also watch football match with them. When you need a break from studying, you can use the sports lounge to play different games.

Payment Info

1. The listed prices are per person, per week.

2. The rent may be paid via debit/credit cards or bank transfer.

3. The rent may be paid either in full or in three installments.

4. A holding deposit of £150 must be paid in advance to reserve a room. This will be adjusted against the first rental payment.

5. A tenancy deposit of £500 must be made within 15 days of the holding deposit payment for a booking to be confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

1. This is applicable to 1st-year students only. Please do not book an accommodation if you are unsure of your enrollment. 2. Please do not book an accommodation if you are unsure of your Visa or it has been declined. 3. 15 days “cooling-off” period which allows you to cancel your booking and receive a full refund. 4. Although you are contractually bound to the tenancy and you can only be released after finding a suitable replacement tenant who will take on the full rent liability.
