The bedrooms are furnished with king size beds and a single bed (in one bedroom), bedside tables, large windows and built-in wardrobes. Residents will also get access to a shared kitchen that comes fitted with an induction hob, sink, microwave, electric kettle, electric toaster, kitchen cabinets and breakfast bar with stools. The apartment also features a beautiful common living room which comes with a sofa set, coffee table, smart TV and a dining table with chairs.

Payment Info

  1. The prices listed are per person, per month. 
  2. Booking can be done securely after paying a security deposit worth five week’s rent prior to the start of the tenancy via bank transfer. 
  3. A holding deposit of £200 for studio/1-bed apartments and £400 for 2/3-bed apartments is required at the time of booking. This fee will be applied towards the first rent payment once the tenancy has been agreed. 
  4. Rent can either be paid in advance on the first of every month via Standing Order or in 2 instalments (2X 6 month’s rent). However, the second instalment needs to be paid in the 4th month. 
  5. Utility bills are priced at a monthly cost of £70 for hot water, £70 for electricity, £30 water and £25 for internet with a 100MB speed.  
  6. For pets, an additional £75 per pet, per month is required.  
  7. Parking facilities are available at an additional price of £135 per month.
