Payment Info

1. A reservation fee of £250 must be paid in advance to make a booking.

2. The rent may be paid either in full or in 3 instalments with a UK guarantor.

3. The rent may be paid via debit/credit cards or bank transfer.

4. The listed prices are per person, per week.

Cancellation Policy

No Place, No Pay – Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. No Visa, No Pay - Submit your request via email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused, and you no longer have a place on your course. Initial Cancellation Period/ Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel the booking by sending us in writing or an email within 3 days of cooling-off period. However, you should not have collected the keys for your accommodation. If you book your accommodation on or after 1 August 2025, your cooling-off period will reduce to 24 hours. Any changes to tenancy agreements or guarantor documents will incur a £75 admin fee, payable before the changes are made. Tenancy length changes are not allowed after 31st July 2025.
