Rent can be paid online via the student portal, at the property reception desk, by telephone to the property team or by bank transfer. Cash payments are not accepted.
Rent can either be paid in three instalments with a UK guarantor or in full, without a UK guarantor.
A security deposit worth £100 is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing up to 7 days after you accept your offer or pay your deposit.
