Payment Info

The prices listed are per person, per week.
Booking can be done securely via Recurring Card, Direct Debit or Bank Transfer. Cash and Cheques are not accepted.
The rent must be paid either in full or in 3 instalments with a UK guarantor.
A holding deposit worth £150 is required at the time of booking which will convert into a refundable security deposit.
The 3rd-party guarantor discount approximately 6% of annual rent, instead of the standard 10%.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing within 14 calendar days after receiving the original Accommodation Offer.

For quick access to medication, the apartment is located within walking distance of a local pharmacy, such as Boots Pharmacy.
Students are easily able to pick up groceries as well as other necessities from the nearby Sainsbury's supermarket.
If students are looking for weekend gateways, they can visit Saltrum Beach and enjoy themselves.
