Payment Info

  1. The prices listed are per person, per month.
  2. Rent is due on the 1st of every month even though there is a grace period until the 3rd.
  3. Rent can be paid via credit card, debit card or e-check.
  4. An administrative fee worth $75 and an application fee worth $50 are required at the time of booking.
  5. Also, an extra fee of $208 which includes $40 for utilities (water & electricity), $75 for amenities, $63 for conservation fee and $30 for the furniture package is required.

Cancellation Policy

If the student decides to cancel the lease, they will be required to pay the full amount. Alternatively, students have the option to sublet their lease, subject to a processing fee.
