Prices listed are per person, per month.
Payment can be made in 12 equal instalments by online money transfer, credit/debit card, or ACH electronic checking. A convenience fee is applicable in the case of credit/debit card payments.
After the signing of a Housing Agreement, residents are expected to fulfil one of two obligations within a period of 7 days: either provide a qualifying guarantor, typically a parent, or make advance payment for the remaining 2 instalments.

For parking, residents need to pay an additional $150 per month.
