The prices listed are per person, per week.
An application fee worth A$55 and a Residential Life fee worth A$150 are required to secure a booking.
A security deposit worth four week’s rent is required at the time of booking.
An advance rental payment of two week’s rent is also required.
The utility fees are A$39.75 per week and cover (electricity, gas, hot water, and cold water).
A departure cleaning fee of A$180 is required at the end of the contract.

Cancellation Policy

No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - There is no cooling-off period for this property.
