3. Rent can be paid in full or in instalments via credit or debit card.

4. Booking can be made securely upon payment of an occupancy fee equivalent to 2 weeks' rent and 2 weeks' bond.

5. Students need to pay a non-refundable A$100 membership fee to be paid via credit card to apply for the property. 

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing less than 14 days before the agreed start date.
