Cancellation Policy

Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period- There is no initial cooling-off period. However, if a studentโ€™s In-Principle Approval (IPA) or student pass application is rejected, they may cancel their booking by submitting a written request. In such cases, a refund will be issued for the amount paid, excluding the non-refundable admin fee.
