2. Rent can be paid via credit cards or direct debit between 1st and 5th of each month.

3. Booking can be done securely after paying a certain booking fee of 415€.

Cancellation Policy

Initial cancellation and cooling off period-There is no cooling-off period. You may cancel up to one month before your contract start date, but the booking fee is non-refundable. Cancellations within one month of the contract date will result in a full loss of all payments made.
