Payment Info

1. Prices listed are per person, per Month.

2. Rent can be paid via debit/credit cards or bank transfers.

3. Rent can be paid in two instalments i.e. 1st instalment will be done without any premium within 72 hours and the 2nd and 3rd instalment with a 2% premium on 19th January along with the normal payment schedule.

4. An advance licence fee equivalent to four weeks' rent is required at the time of booking which is a pre-payment towards the rent cycle.

Cancellation Policy

No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused, and you no longer have a place on your course. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period- You may cancel your booking and the associated Accommodation Agreement without charge if the Booking Confirmation email was received before May 27th in the year of the start of the Occupation Period and notice of cancellation is provided in writing (via email) within 5 calendar days of receiving the confirmation. If the confirmation was received on or after May 27th, cancellation notice must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of receiving the confirmation.
