- Rent can be paid in monthly instalments with a Spain-based guarantor. In the absence of a Spain-based guarantor, rent needs to be paid in full. For more information on guarantor, kindly contact the support team.
- For monthly payments, rent can be paid between the first and the fifth of each month via direct debit.
- To secure a booking, a deposit of €1000 is required, with an initial payment of €300 due at the time of booking and the remaining €700 to be paid later.

Cancellation Policy
No Visa, No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and that you no longer have a place on your course.
No Place, No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking.
Initial Cancellation Period/ Cooling-Off Period – You can cancel your booking for free before May 31st (before paying the 300€ deposit). Cancellations after June 1st (after paying the additional 950€) result in loss of all payments unless you provide proof of studying outsidethe province or visa refusal.
