Our splendid student apartment Spain is a whole house in Calle Tintes, San Bartolomé, 41003, Sevilla, Spain. This beautiful house located in Spain's famous historical Jewish quarter is fully renovated and will accommodate up to six students comfortably. There are three big rooms with double beds (200x100 cm), three bathrooms, and fully furnished. It is a great architecture object based on the unique glazed patio with fountain and lots of greenery, which is used as a spacious living room for our guests. Moreover, the property is well furnished with living room, dining table for six people, seating and work nook for ten people that allows using it even for group study purposes.

The homestay is in the very center of Sevilla, just a five-minute walk to the Cathedral and Royal Alcázar. The rent for our property will be cheap, because everything is included in the price (electricity, gas, water, internet connection, bed linen, towels, and blankets). Its great location provides many conveniences for students, especially because the University of Seville's main campus (1.2km) is 15-20 minutes by foot and the other university, Pablo de Olavide University (6.4 KM) is half an hour by bus away. Our surrounding is full of cafes, restaurants, and other historical places. Students may try to have a traditional Spanish coffee in Café de la Catedral, which is next to the Cathedral, as well as visit the Andalusian tapas bars in Santa Cruz. Also, in this student apartment Seville neighborhood there are many supermarkets, shops, pharmacies and banks where students may buy everything they need.

The location is best not only because of the universities, but also because of the great transport accessibility. Calle Tintes is situated very conveniently, so students can easily reach many historical sites, like the Cathedral, Royal Alcázar or Barrio de Santa Cruz. Moreover, it is easy to move around, because it is only ten minutes away from Santa Justa train station where there is a fast train connection to Madrid and other cities. Also, this student apartment is close to the airport, which can be reached by taxi within fifteen minutes.
