Payment Info

2. The rent can be paid via online card payment/ offline card payment/ bank transfers/ cash/ local check.

3. A refundable security deposit worth AED 2200 is required to make the booking.

4. A one-time non-refundable admin fee worth AED 300 is required.

5. The rent can be paid monthly, bimonthly, quarterly or in full through the payment plan you select.

7. A minimum 4 month stay is available for bookings.

Cancellation Policy

Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period- There is no cooling off duration. The cancellation policy requires a charge of one monthโ€™s rent from the cancellation date, along with the security deposit and admin fee, for all bookings of four months or more.
