Initial Cancellation Policy/ Cooling-Off Period – You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing or by e-mail within 14 days of submitting your online booking. However, you should not have accepted the tenancy agreement. Our team will confirm cancellation and refund your advance rent payment with any extra charges.
