Q. What are the types of accommodation available in Stoke-on-Trent?

Take your pick from shared and private rooms, studios, and apartments in student accommodation near Staffordshire University and other campuses.
Q. What are the different rooms types that I can choose from?
A. The major room types are:
Shared Rooms where 2 or more students share a single room, a bathroom, a kitchen, and other communal areas.
En-suite Rooms where a student has access to a private bedroom and bathroom, while the living areas and the kitchen are shared.
Studios where a student (or 2 students) has access to a self-contained unit with a bedroom and cooking space along with a private washroom.
Q. Is my accommodation safe?
A. Yes, you can rest assured that all properties listed on the website are personally verified by the team or their representatives. There are safety measures in place for the students, including secure door entries, CCTV, restricted access, and more.
Q. Will my accommodation offer meals?
A. Most accommodations have a communal kitchen where you can prepare meals, but you can always ask the reception to connect you with local food delivery vendors!
Q. Is there Wi-Fi that I can access?
A. Yes, all our accommodations offer high-speed internet connectivity.
Q. Does my accommodation offer parking facilities?
A. Most properties have bike storage available for the students. If you need to look for a car parking facility, please contact your Servicing Manager and they will help you get in touch with the right person.
Q. What if I don’t like my accommodation after moving in?
A. After reaching the accommodation, if you don’t like your room due to unforeseen circumstances, we will try our best to help you find another room within 30 days for a nominal fee.
Q. Where do I report any issues with my accommodation?
A. If there is any issue that you are facing with the accommodation, whether related to maintenance or otherwise, please contact the on-site maintenance office.
Q. Do I have to vacate my room during holidays?
A. Not at all, your room belongs to you for the entire duration of your tenancy period.
Q. Am I allowed to have guests over?
A. You can have your friends come over during the day. However, any overnight stays will have to be conveyed directly to the onsite accommodation team which will be subject to their policies on overnight guests.
