Cancellation Policy

No Place, No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. No Visa, No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused, and you no longer have a place on your course. Initial Cancellation Period/ Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel the booking by writing an email within 14 days starting of your tenancy agreement. Your booking will be cancelled for a full refund of the one weeks’ rent. For international students, you can contact our team 30 days prior to your contract start date to avoid delays in booking.
