  2. Rent can be paid via debit cards or credit cards like VISA, Mastercard or Amex.

Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period- If you haven't signed a Residential Agreement yet, you can cancel your reservation for a full refund by submitting a written email within 14 days. Once the agreement is signed, cancellations will incur a 4-week termination fee unless you qualify for the "No Visa, No Offer, No Pay" policy, which requires valid supporting documents and at least 21 days’ notice before your lease start date.
