The prices listed are per person, per week.
Rent can be paid via debit cards or credit cards like VISA, Mastercard or Amex.
Rent can be paid on a fortnightly basis in advance.
Booking can be done securely after paying a holding deposit worth one week’s rent. This will be applied to the first rent payment once your booking is confirmed, and you move in.
A bond worth four weeks of rent is required at the time of signing the contract.

Cancellation Policy

No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused, and you no longer have a place on your course. No Offer No Pay Policy- You can cancel your booking without penalty under the No Offer No Pay policy if your university application is declined or you are unable to secure an Australian visa. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period- If you haven't signed a Residential Agreement yet, you can cancel your reservation for a full refund by submitting a written email within 14 days. Once the agreement is signed, cancellations will incur a 4-week termination fee unless you qualify for the "No Visa, No Offer, No Pay" policy, which requires valid supporting documents and at least 21 days’ notice before your lease start date.
