Our apartment is located in the heart of the city, so when you are tired of studying all day, close your books and head on straight to the The Royal Australian Regiment Memorial which is one of the cityโ€™s glorious parks located just 5-minutesโ€™ from the property. You can also meet your friends at pubs and bars which are within 10 minutesโ€™ walking distance. Youโ€™ll meet a lot more people out there, especially since it is a favorite hangout spot amongst the students that reside in and around the area. If you want to explore the city, youโ€™ll never run out of places.

The accommodation has provisions for all the facilities available at your doorstep. The rooms are fully designed to offer maximum comfort to the students. The single room includes a double bed with study space and ample of storage where you can keep all your belongings.

4. Booking can be made securely upon payment of an occupancy fee equivalent to 2 weeks' rent and 2 weeks' bond.

5. Ume charges a non-refundable A$50 membership fee to be paid via credit card in order to apply for the property.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay โ€“ Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing within 14 days before the agreement start date.
