University of Michigan is a public university founded in 1817 and ranks #33 in World University Rankings. It is one of the biggest research universities in the United States and the oldest institution in the state. Michigan has 19 colleges offering 250-degree programs at U.G. and P.G. levels. 

It is the 9th most popular study destination in the U.S. among international students, with a total enrollment of 52,065 students in 2023. The university boasts top-class alums such as Gerald Ford, former U.S. president Larry Page, Google’s co-founder, and many others.
