1. Student Housing

Student housing is owned and managed privately. It is different from university halls. These properties are near campus buildings. They offer amazing rooms as per your preference and budget. You can either take a single room or share it with a friend. They come with top-notch amenities, too, listed on our site. 

Most of the accommodations are at a distance of under 3 miles. While the ones outside of the city center are upto 20 miles.

Private apartments are another type of accommodation rented to students. They are located near campus buildings too. The property comes as one, two, three-bedroom apartments, and so on. 3. University Halls

Is eating food expensive in Valencia?

Eating food in Valencia is affordable as compared to other places in Spain. If you want to eat out, opt for mid-range restaurants, cheap dining, food trucks, etc. A burger will cost you €8 and a meal will be around €12. It’s advisable to cook at home and shop from a local farmer’s market for fresh produce. 

How much do utility bills cost in Valencia?

The cost of your utility bills will depend upon your monthly usage. The bill will cover electricity, heating, cooling, wi-fi, etc. The average monthly bill will come to €160. Most student accommodations provide an inclusive bill, so ask about it before you move in!

What is the best public transport in Valencia?
