 How does the Compare feature work?

• Once you log on to University Living and simply click on the New Compare feature. 
• In the search bar, write the location or write the first few letters of the location and select the location from the list of locations that appear.
• You will get the list of properties available. Simply click on ”Add to Compare”. You can choose between 2-4 properties for comparison.
• As soon as you click on the property to compare, you will be able to view the result in terms of all the major parameters, namely:
• Number of bedrooms
• Cost of rent
• Room area
• Type of room
• Amenities offered – Double bed, Bathroom, Shower, WiFi, Study Table, Study Table and chair,  Wardrobe, Microwave, Kitchen, etc.
• Transit time and Distance to City Centre
• Basic facilities – Furnished, Gym, Lounge Area, Study Room, Bicycle Storage, Laundry Room, Yoga Room, Self-contained Kitchen, Sofa, En-suite Washroom, Games Room, Pool Table, Table Tennis, Cinema, Common Area, Sofa, TV, Outdoor Courtyard,  Dining Room, Cinema, Breakfast,  etc.
