The University of Adelaide is a public university in Adelaide, South Australia. The University was established in 1874, and today is home to around 29,000 students and 3,000 staff members, all working to make meaningful progress. Known for its pioneering achievements, it was the first Australian university to admit female students, offer science and business degrees, and establish a conservatorium of music. Alumni include Australia’s first female prime minister, a space-walking astronaut, and five Nobel laureates. University of Adelaide: Overview

The University of Adelaide is the third oldest university of Australia with its main campus in Adelaide City Center. In 1881, Queen Victoria granted the royal charter to the University, thus it become the second English-speaking university to award degrees to women. It is planning a merger with the nearby University of South Australia and is strategically located next to the Australian Space Agency headquarters at Lot Fourteen, within the Adelaide BioMed City research precinct.

University of Adelaide: Tuition Fees

The University of Adelaide’s tuition fees vary from AU$ 25,500 to AU$ 53,000/ year. Students are allowed to pay the tuition fees in two or three instalments, depending on the program. All payments must be completed before the semester begins unless the student withdraws prior to the program’s start.
