What is SPP?

SPP is the Student Partners Program, introduced by the Canadian government to support Indian students. Through this program, students will get to study in Canada and also continue to work in Canada. What are the types of courses available under SPP?

A few courses under SPP Canada include those in Accounting, Health, Business, IT, Hospitality, Networking, Animation and Energy.

How to apply for SPP?

Applying for these colleges is not a lengthy process, but please check how to complete it below:

-Fill out the form with all the required details and submit the fee on the official university site.

How is the work permit under SPP?

A work permit is open for all international students who graduated from reputed institutions. You can apply for a work permit irrespective of SPP or non-SSO colleges. There are specific requirements listed below:

  • Must be a graduate of a program spanning over two years or more in Canada
  • The work permit is valid for three years.
  • If the program duration is one year only. Apply for the same work permit accordingly

What is Non-SPP?

Non-SPP stands for the non-student partnership program. It is the opposite of SPP. The non-SPP colleges do not fall under the ACCC and CIC. The admission process is more comprehensive and requires more documentation for the visa process.

How to apply for Non- SPP?

Applying for these colleges is not a lengthy process, but please check how to complete it below:
