Rent can be paid upfront or in monthly installments.
A Security Deposit amounting to half month rent for Semester Rate or 2 weeks rent for Weekly Rate.

Cancellation Policy

Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing at least 60 days before the commencement date. Any notices provided less than 60 days before the commencement date shall incur charges for deposit and amenities fees.
