The rent may be paid via debit/credit cards, cash, bank transfer, and bank lodgement.
Rent can be paid in monthly instalments for all bookings with 8 weeks or more.
Booking can be done securely after paying a security deposit worth €500 for long-term bookings (90 days or more) and €100 for short-term bookings (less than 90 days).
Also, a booking fee worth €40 for short term and €80 for long term is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing within 14 days of making the booking, except when the booking date is within 21 days of the check-in for long-term bookings. For short-term bookings, the cooling-off period is 72 hours, except when the booking date is within 21 days of the check-in.
