The rent may be paid via cash, credit cards or bank transfer.
Students need to pay a security deposit worth € 100 for less than 8 weeks stay and, € 300 for more than 8 weeks.
Also, 4 weeks prior to arrival the student needs to pay his 1st-month rent.
The booking fee will now cost € 40 per person.

Cancellation Policy

1) No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2) No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3) Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing within 72 hours after the booking is placed, unless the booking date is equal to or less than 21 days before the check-in date.
