- The prices listed are per person, per month.
- Rent can be paid in monthly instalments with a Spain-based guarantor. In the absence of a Spain-based guarantor, rent needs to be paid in full. For more information on guarantor, kindly contact the support team.
- For monthly payments, rent can be paid between the first and the fifth of each month via direct debit.
- To secure a booking, a deposit of €1000 is required, with an initial payment of €300 due at the time of booking and the remaining €700 to be paid later.
Cancellation Policy
No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking.
2. No Visa No Pay -Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused, and you no longer have a place on your course.
3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period -early termination with written notice and at least 15 days' notice before departure. If not justified, residents must pay the remaining rent—either until January 16 or the original departure date—depending on when cancellation occurs. Enrollment fees and deposits are non-refundable. Justified cancellations, such as relocation for studies, medical reasons, or others accepted by the Residence, may allow deposit refunds (minus deductions), though the month’s rent is still due. If a replacement resident is found, rent is only owed until their arrival. Discounts in advance payments are revoked if early termination occurs.
