Bournemouth International Airport takes 10-minutes to reach by car, making it extremely convenient for students who are new to the city.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay – applicable to 1st-year undergraduate students. Proof of your rejection letter from the university or UCAS should be submitted. 2. 72-hours Cooling-Off Period. 3. You can cancel any time during the Cooling-Off Period, with no extra charge and a complete refund. 4. Outside the Cooling-Off Period, you may request to cancel your tenancy however you will remain liable for the rent payable under the Tenancy Agreement until a suitable replacement tenant has been found.
