2. The rent may be paid via debit/credit cards or bank transfer.

3. Rent can be paid in 4 instalments with an International or a UK based guarantor. In the absence of any guarantor, rent needs to be paid upfront.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing within 5 days of signing your tenancy agreement, as long as you have not yet moved in.
