No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - There is no cooling-off period for this property. Once you have signed the tenancy agreement you will have no right to cancel the contract and shall be liable to pay the full rent and any related fees relating to the accommodation for the duration of the tenancy.
