Cancellation Policy

No Place, No Pay - To cancel the booking, you must provide written confirmation or send email within three calendar days or 28th August; whichever is sooner, along with a proof of rejection from the selected university or college or a screenshot of UCAS confirming that the necessary results were not obtained, or a copy of the proof of acceptance of your new university by UCAS adjustment. No Visa, No Pay - Submit your request via writing or email to cancel the booking with evidence within 3 calendar days or before 20th September, from the booking date. In case your VISA is rejected after collecting keys, you must notify within 48 hours of receiving confirmation. Initial Cancellation Period/ Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel the booking by writing an email within 7 days of cooling-off period. You will not be entitled to a refundable deposit after this period. Or you can re-let the room to another occupant to receive security deposit refund with a £50 deduction due to contract variation.
