  2. Rent can be paid via debit or credit cards.
  3. Booking can be done securely after paying an advance rent worth £1 which will be deducted from the total rent amount.
  4. Rent can be paid in full or in 2, 3, 4, 7 or 11 instalments depend upon the contract length with a UK guarantor.
  5. Also, car parking is available for an additional fee of £200 per year.

Cancellation Policy

Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period- You can only terminate your lease during the last 45 days before the start of your tenancy—if a suitable substitute tenant is identified. Despite this, we give priority to other reservations. You can find one on your own, or we will assist you. There will be an administration cost in either case.
