The prices listed are per person, per week.
Rent can be paid via debit or credit cards.
Booking can be done securely after paying an advance rent worth £1 which will be deducted from the total rent amount.
Rent can be paid in full or in 2, 3, 4, 7 or 11 instalments depend upon the contract length with a UK guarantor.
Also, car parking is available for an additional fee of £175 per year.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa and University application have been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. You can cancel your booking during the last 45 days before the start of your tenancy with a cancellation fee of £18. 4. Also, the booking fee of £1 will not be refunded upon cancellation of your booking.
