No Placement No Pay – Cancel your booking by sending proof of placement rejection or relocation within 48 hours of receiving it; valid until 1 September 2025. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period- There is no cooling-off period for this property. However, if you cancel the booking then the amount equal to the lesser of (i) the Advance Rent and (ii) the amount equivalent to one week’s Licence Fee is non-refundable.
