Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period- You can cancel your tenancy agreement within 7 days of booking for a full refund, minus a fee for international bank charges. After this period or once your tenancy starts, you'll be responsible for the full rent unless you find an approved replacement tenant, in which case your liability ends once they take over payments. A fee applies for updating the contract, payable within 14 days, or it will be deducted from your deposit.
