Payment Info

  1. Prices listed are for per person, per week.
  2. Rent must be paid by filling out a direct debit form with UniLodge from where the amount will be deducted every two weeks.
  3. Booking can be done securely after having paid a security deposit equivalent to four weeks’ rent.
  4. Rent should be paid on the first day of each month.

Cancellation Policy

No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You cannot cancel your booking and are legally bound by the Residential Tenancies Act and deemed to be in a leasing arrangement, once you have made a booking.
