  2. Rent can be paid online via debit cards, credit cards or bank transfers.  
  3. Booking can be done securely after paying a holding deposit worth one week’s rent via the student portal. This amount will be applied to the first rental cycle. 
  4. A bond deposit worth four weeks’ rent must be paid 10 days before arrival via the student portal. 

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period – There is no cooling-off period for this property.
