The rent can be paid in monthly instalments via debit/credit cards or bank transfers in the presence of a Guarantor.
Also, a security deposit equivalent to 4 weeks of rent, a registration fee equivalent to A$150, and an application fee equivalent to A$80 are required at the time of booking.
Internet charges equivalent to A$127 per semester or A$233 for 48 weeks or A$254 annually also need to be paid.
An annual cleaning fee needs to be paid which is equivalent to A$110 for a studio, A$135 for a one-bedroom apartment/studio with a kitchenette and A$130 for other apartments.
Domestic students under the age of 18 may move in if they turn 18 in the semester they are moving into. Also, under 18 international students are not permitted.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period – There is no cooling-off period for this property. Kindly refer to the terms and conditions for more details.
