Tribell, a branch of Trinova Real Estate, purchased the Kirby Street Residence. It’s a place specifically designed for students in London. They bought it for STARS REI. LUCKY DELTA, a group from Hong Kong, were the sellers. CBRE helped them make the sale.

The Kirby Street Residence PBSA has 128 roomy studios. It has a shared room, work area, open-air yards, bike storage, and extra commercial lease space. From its top floors, there’s a great view of famous places like the Shard, St Paul’s Cathedral, and the City of London.

Just a 3-minute walk from Farringdon Station, you’ll find a project at 36-43 Kirby Street. This station gives quick travel to London Heathrow through the new Elizabeth Line tube.
