  2. Rent can be paid via e-transfer, wire transfer, credit card, and direct deposit.
  3. A security deposit worth 50% of the rent is required at the time of booking.
  4. An amount worth $75 CAD might be deducted from the deposit as moving/cleaning charges.
  5. Student have to pay additional $50 for Utilities on a monthly basis that includes heat, hydro, electricity, wifi and laundary.
