Rent can be paid via e-transfer, wire transfer, credit card, and direct deposit.
A security deposit worth 50% of the rent is required at the time of booking.
An amount worth $75 CAD might be deducted from the deposit as moving/cleaning charges.
Student have to pay additional $50 for Utilities on a monthly basis that includes heat, hydro, electricity, wifi and laundry.
$150 for a bedding pack on a one time arrival needs to be paid.

Cancellation Policy

Initial/Cooling-Off Period: There is no cooling-off period for the property. Please note that cancellations can only be made once you have moved into the property.
