Rent can be paid via debit, credit card, or bank transfer.
An advance fee worth one week’s rent is required at the time of booking and will be credited towards the rent payment cycle.
Rent needs to be paid in full upfront, without a guarantor.
For international students, rent can be paid in three instalments with an international guarantor. However, with an Irish guarantor rent can be paid in monthly instalments.
Also, an administration fee worth €100 is required if you wish to cancel your booking by providing a replacement for your room.

Cancellation Policy

1) No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2) No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3) Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing within 7 days of accepting the agreement. This cooling-off period will be reduced to 48 hours for bookings made on and after 1st August, 2024.
