Rent can be paid via debit, credit card, or bank transfer.
An advance fee worth one week’s rent is required at the time of booking and will be credited towards the rent payment cycle.
Rent needs to be paid in full upfront, without a guarantor.
For international students, rent can be paid in monthly nstalments with an international guarantor.
Also, an administration fee worth €100 is required if you wish to cancel your booking by providing a replacement for your room.

Cancellation Policy

No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university/college or CAO within five working days of confirmation that you have not received your place, along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing within 5 days of your visa being refused, and you no longer have a place on your course. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period: You can cancel your booking in writing or by sending an email to the residence inbox within 7 days of signing the ALA. However, you should not have collected the keys for your accommodation. If you book your accommodation on or after 1 August 2025, your cooling-off period will reduce to 48 hours.
