2. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - Off Period-Students can cancel up to 60 days before arrival for a full refund. After check-in, cancellations are only allowed for medical reasons or if university admission is denied. Before check-in, refunds also apply for visa denials. If another student takes over the lease, they pay the deposit, and the original student is refunded. A processing fee may apply.
