Payment Info

The prices listed are per person, per month.
Rent can be paid via direct debit between the 1st and the 5th of each month.
Booking can be done securely after paying a non-refundable booking fee worth €180.
A security deposit worth €700 is required to secure a booking.
Rent can be paid in monthly instalments with a Spain-based guarantor. In the absence of a guarantor, rent needs to be paid in full, upfront.

Cancellation Policy

Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period- Students can request for cancelling their place before May 31st, so they will receive a full refund of the €300 first deposit. Moreover, after June 1st, with a justified reason such as university acceptance in a different city (proof of final university enrollment required), will receive a full refund of the €700 deposit however, €180 booking fee is non-refundable in all cases.
