Payment Info

1. A deposit fee of £150 is required to be paid to secure a booking.

2. The rent must be paid in full or in three instalments (September, January and April) with a valid UK Guarantor.

3. The rent can be paid via Direct Debit or via Bank Transfer. Cash will not be accepted

4. The listed prices are per person, per week.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay – applicable to 1st-year students only. Have to furnish proof of your rejection letter from the university or UCAS or a copy of the proof of acceptance to a new university by UCAS adjustment should be submitted within five calendar days. 2. No Visa No Pay. Submit your request to cancel with the evidence of the refusal within 5 days of your visa being refused. 3. 7 days Cooling-Off Period after signing your AST. 4. Any requests outside the above period will require you to find a student to replace you, who in turn will need to complete the AST and pay their deposit via StuRents.
