2. One week's advance rent is required to secure your booking.

3. Rent has to be paid in 4 installments throughout the year. Installment dates are aligned with the University term if you are on a loan or scholarship.

4. Rent has to be paid in full in August in case you don’t have a UK guarantor.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay – applicable to 1st-year students only. Proof of your rejection letter from the university or UCAS should be submitted with five working days. 2. No Visa No Pay. Submit your request to cancel with evidence within 5 days of your visa being refused. 3. 3 days Cooling-Off Period if you sign your agreement before 31st July 2023. 4. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, you can cancel your September 2023 booking before 31st July without penalty.
